Non NHS Charges for Travel Vaccines
Please note that these services can only be provided to patients registered with JS Medical Practice and the practice may not be able to provide vaccines if they are not available nationally.
- Malaria prescriptions: £10.00
The following travel vaccinations are not covered by the NHS:
- Hepatitis B for travel purposes: £55.00 per vaccine
The nearest travel clinic to the Surgery is the Nomad Travel Store & Medical Centre, 3 Wellington Terrace, Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP. Tel 020 88897014. They do provide the yellow fever vaccine should you require this, as they are registered as a yellow fever centre. Please book your travel advice appointment with the practice nurse 6-8 weeks before your travel date to ensure there is enough time for you to complete your vaccinations before you travel.
