How to make an Appointment

Appointments can be made either:

Telephone Consultations

We provide telephone consultations for patients to access clinicians where appropriate. This is a very useful way for patient's to access a clinician for results, advice or management of their health.

If you would like to book a telephone consultation - please contact reception on 0208 888 3227 to arrange this.

Home Visits

A visit may be arranged at the Doctor's discretion.
